It’s the third Sunday of the month, so that can only mean one thing! Get yourself down to your local Braham Kumaris center for World Meditation hour. With centers in over 90 countries world wide and almost a million members you should have at least one center near you. They are a fantastic organisation, with good intentions. All the work and courses they do are free of charge and they have some of the most kindest people you will ever meet working for them.
World Meditation hour began in 1978 and the world mediation hour alon attracts nearly a million people both members and non members. Be at peace for an hour along with a million other people and make a difference to the world, and yourself.
