Look, Im not saying that we should worry and moan about everything in life, merely that we should not take any chances with regards to our health until we know the whole story.

That’s why it made me glad to see some residents in Santa Fe take the city to court over an issue of Wi-Fi networks. Not necessarily that they are bad for you, but that they may be bad for you so why risk it? There hasn’t been a conclusive study either way as to the effects of Wi-Fi, so respecting the fact it might be dangerous for us, we should technically play safe and stop all wi-fi until CONCLUSIVE proof say’s otherwise.

The world is filled with many wrong working practices that cause our health to suffer because of im-patience and a reluctance for any serious tests to be carried out. Mainly as a direct result of corporations ruling the world and placing the greed for their profits over individuals health. If we banned wi-fi, boy would the manufacturers pull there finger out and carry out the appropriate tests to prove it’s safety so they can start selling there products again. But this is not the case, they are allowed to sell them regardless of any conclusive data and regardless to our health.

Well things are going to change! And we are going to change them! The world in which indigo’s rule will not have practices that allow for peoples health to be risked, in any circumstance. We will understand the importance of health and put it before any material object - What is the point of having material objects if you are not here long enough to enjoy them?

We are beginning to enter the indigo world now, as we come of age and begin to make our voices heard. So start to say no to what you see lacks integrity and holds disrespect for you as a human and changes will begin to make change.

Oh, and for any of you still questioning that whole wi-fi thing, in Sweden they actually have it classified as a disability! Now would they do that if it wi-fi was friendly????

Stop Hiccups Without Useing Fear

At indigoed.com we aim to bring indigo children everywhere the ability to change the world, and to do this effectively it must be done through love and the removal of all/most fear based behaviors society clings on to. And we do discriminate between the magnitude of these behaviors that need to be dealt with. There fore when we heard of an alternative way to get rid of hiccups without the need to frighten the living daylights out of someone, we knew it is beneficial in changing the world.

No matter how small an action is, if it is done though fear it has a negative impact and this cannot be justifiable in a peaceful and loving world. Even the action of frightening someone to remove hiccups is an action that cannot continue, especially now that me have discovered a very viable alternative courtesy of GrowingHappiness.com:

When I was younger my mother told me that the only way to cure hiccups(hiccoughs) is to drink water. I’ve tried this many, many times with inconsistent results. I’ve also tried many other methods like holding my breath, pulling my ears, pinching my nose, drinking honey and getting tickled (made me feel worse). That was until B told me that the best cure for hiccups does indeed lie in drinking water but not just any water, it has to be warm.

I was a bit skeptical at first but his reasoning made sense — hiccups are caused by the spasming of the diaphragm, a sheet of muscle located across the bottom the ribcage. And what do you do when a you get a muscle cramp? You apply heat. Does this method work? You bet. It works like a charm every time. The hiccups will resolve in less than a minute (usually about 15 seconds). If it doesn’t, what you’re drinking isn’t warm enough, try something warmer.

The first time I tried it, I was very surprised that it worked so fast. B was more amused that I didn’t know about this method before because he had assumed that everyone else knew it! That was about 6 years. For the past 6 years, each time someone else has the hicks (hiccups), I tell him/her to drink warm water. And each time, they’d be surprised at how effective my method is (my method because I marketed it aggressively. ;) just kidding okay!). It then occurred to me that every one else in the world may have never heard of this very simple and effective remedy. This must change!

As this is a very common characteristic of indigo children they often end up being given this suppressive drug, which basically sedates them into following all orders and commands handed out by parents and society.

Well this drug has not been quite as popular in the UK by doctors and has been handed out more cautiously. Well now it has immerged that GP’s have been prescribing Anti-Psychotic drugs for symptoms ranging from hyperactivity disorders to autism, both of which are often wrongly diagnosis for indigo children.

I’m not really up to scratch with drug formulas, but you would think that Anti-Psychotic and Hyperactivity disorders would not require the same prescription? That’s probably because they do not require the same drugs and this is part of a larger scale program to intentionally sedate indigo children. If you take a look at the world and see the corrupt society we live in, and the wrongs that happen around the world and ask yourself why? The answer is: The world is perfectly run according to a select few individuals. These individuals have their own plans and agendas to keep power and control over a seemingly blind world. And they also know the potential and destiny of the indigo children. This is why this is no mistake of handing out very powerful sedative drugs to children. They want to suppress the indigo fire and carry on with their control uninterrupted.

I beg any indigo’s that are currently being drugged or about to begin this harmful drug treatment to find a way of getting out of it. This is in your greatest interest as your life will become dull and bland, as if someone has taken all the colour and sparkle out of your life. You parents and teachers will be over the moon with a robot like child that follows orders exactly, but what is the point of a life if you are lifeless!

Science Of The Bleeding Obvious

Yep, it’s official, science has officially lost all contact with common sense.

Take a second and think about the human body, in it’s most healthiest state. Did any of you picture an obese body? Probably not. This is because the human figure in it’s most healthiest state, may contain some excess fat but not to the extent of an obese level. This is because weight is a direct sign of mental stability. The healthier we are mentally, the better ability we have to control of what we eat. However the more mentally unstable we are, allows for an increased lack of control over the types of food we eat, and a general inability to connect and listen to our bodies wisdom.

So now science is linking ‘The Possibility’ that obese people might be more susceptible to illness; That’s just plain obvious! As I stated, a healthy body does, not contain a lot of excess fat, therefore, we are unhealthy if we are obese, and more susceptible to disease and illness as a result!

However science needs to clarify this using highly time consuming and extensive data research, before any decision can be passed. As much as this is a good thing for in depth and un-conclusive theories, some things can be figured out in a couple of seconds using common sense.

Weight and excess fat is a funny thing. We are led to believe it is decided, purely by the amount of food and qualities of food we eat, and how much exercise we do. And to a certain extent this is true. But we have the power to increase our own metabolisms, by our mental as well as our physical fitness activity. Have you ever wondered, why some people have faster metabolisms and seem to be able to eat whatever they want and not put on any weight? Well this is down to our own mental images of ourselves. I say this to you, if you worry about your weight: Do not look for the answers in exercise and external sources, look within for change and weight stability will come. Look at your own behaviours, look at your love for yourself and there you will find the answers to a healthy mind and healthy body.

Furthermore to our earlier post’s regarding how we seek technology, and especially communication devices to try and fill the whole we create by distancing ourselves from our true nature, has now been classified as a phobia.

It comes from the fear of being without…. computers, phones, mobiles, email, internet, TV, shopping, and anything else people get addicted to. It’s a case of we are afraid to be alone! For when we are alone, we are left with the possibility of having to look within as there are no external stimuli. For the true reason many people shut themselves off from a spiritual life is because they fear finding truth and what the impact would mean upon their lives. Take your average Joe for instance, he would drink, swear, not have much of a care for ethics or the environment; and then to all of a sudden find out he is a spiritual being would mean the way he looks at his life would have to change. Therefore he is happier to live in denial and be addicted to certain things, than have to face any changes!

It seems that there’s a new phobia sweeping the UK and it’s called nomophobia. Nomo, short for ‘no mobile’, is apparently reaching danger levels in the UK and half of you tend to panic when you can’t use your mobile phone. Is this still April Fools Day?

In a YouGov survey of over 2,000 people last month, on behalf of the Post Office, more than 13 million UK phone users fear being out of mobile phone contact. Some even more than visiting the dentist, which just can’t be right. Haven’t you seen Marathon Man?

Stewart Fox-Mills, telecoms expert with Post Office, said:

"Nomophobia is all too real for many people. We’re all familiar with the stressful situations of everyday life such as moving house, break-ups and organising a family Christmas. But it seems that being out of mobile contact may be the 21st century’s latest contribution to our already hectic lives.

Whether you have run out of credit or battery, lose your phone or are in an area with no reception, being phoneless can bring on a panicky symptom in our 24/7 culture.”

On top of this, here’s a run-down of just what people will interrupt in order to take a call.

  • When in bed alone: 58%
  • When in bed with someone else: 18%
  • When eating a meal: 40%
  • When watching TV: 80%
  • When shopping: 79%
  • When spending time with family/children: 48%
  • When doing the housework/gardening: 78%

As the planets vibrations are raised and we naturally incorporate more of the great beings we are, then the disparancy will become ever greater. This will lead to more extreme measures of this disease, but will also lead to more awakenings. Therefore the contrast will increase and things will seem worse for some, whilst others find their way.

We must be there to hold hands, and show direction for the ones being awakened, and allow the asleep to discover their brilliance through their own discovery. For no matter how much we tell them of the truth, they will not be able to see, the only way to help those still unawear is to lead by example, and one day they will follow.

God gave you the gift of hearing, well, to hear! And yes, that is what you are doing when you listen to music, but when it is excessively loud, you are also causing long term damage. We are the indigo children, and we have not easy missions in front of us. We need every resource, and every possible thing that will make these journeys harder on yourselves and actually reduce the quality of your lives by, playing your music too loud. Turn it down to a level you know is not going to cause any damage, and just because there is a lot of noise externally, does not excuse you playing it louder! If need be, go and buy a pair of in-ear noise reduction headphones, the amount of money you spend on them will be repay itself if it means your hearing remains intact!

Close your eyes and listen to all the beautiful sound the world has to make, and realise the importance of hearing.

No more feeling tired and having to pull over for a quick hour sleep in a service station, now scientists have designed special blue LED Lights to keep truckers awake.

More and more ways are being developed for the humans to ignore their own bodies natural reactions, and then people moan when they get sick and i’ll. The next thing you’ll find out is that truckers have been injecting themselves with specially designed drugs to stay awake, also called SPEED. Ok, this might not have happened yet, but how long will it really be before this happens?

It’s common sense if you work to hard and you fall ill, your body is trying to tell you "To stop working it so hard", but then instead of resting, we pump it full or prescription drugs and go back to work. Our bodies are the most complex and dynamic machines we will ever come across, so why ignore their intelligence for some blue lights! They are telling you things for a reason, if you ignore these messages you are just driving your way to an early grave. Stop, listen, and then help your body to feel better by doing what it’s asking, don’t just block out the pain and think that it’s all ok.

It’s your body, at least for this life anyway. So treat it with the respect it deserves and listen to it!
